Here's what you need to do:
When you get to the registration site, you will be asked to enter your team-mate
request/code word. Have everyone that wants to play with your team or
group of friends enter the exact same word in that field ~ and all spelled the same way.

Sally and Sandra want to play on the same team. Before registering, they decide together to use the codeword bluefish. Then they each go and register making sure to put "bluefish" in the code word box. Now we know that Sally and Sandra want to be on the same team!
